Dustin Louderback – Dustin resides in Austin, Texas and works with Owners & Developers throughout the US.
Dustin was the former Director of Full Service Hotels for White Lodging Services for over (12) years. He was responsible for day-to-day Operations of all Hotel Developments in Louisville, Indianapolis, and Austin. Prior to joining White Lodging, Dustin was an Architect for Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart and Stewart – a multi-disciplinary design firm in Atlanta, GA.
Dustin holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Design from the University of Tennessee. He is a registered Architect in Indiana and Texas and a LEED Accredited Professional with United State Green Building Council (USGBC).
Dustin has an equity position in more than (5) Hotels.
Russ Louderback is one of the Founders of The Louderback Group, llc. This group is based in the Indianapolis Area with an office in Austin, specializing in Hotel Development and Asset Management. Mr. has proven to be one of the leading Hotel Experts in the Country.
Louderback is the former Executive Vice President for White Loding for over (20) years. He was responsible for the Day-to-Day Operations of all Hotel Development for the Company, which included (15) major Cities and (144) hotels. Prior to his time with White Lodging, He was a Vice President with Lend Lease and Director of Preconstruction for Turner Construction.
Russ holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. He has sat on several Boards, including a (5) member Board to design the Guestroom of the Future for Marriott International.
Russ has held an equity position in more than (20) Hotels which provides a clear picture for investing in hotels.
Philip Tourney – Philip resides in Carmel, Indiana and has contracted with The Louderback Group as a Project Manager and Communications Specialist for over 13 years. Philip has been involved with over 20 complete developments/construction projects in Indianapolis, Chicago, Denver, Austin, San Antonio, Charlotte, to name several.
As a Project Management specialist and Communications expert, Philip’s focus is always on site selection, coordination, project progress tracking, and schedule knowledge. Philip is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date information to stakeholders and owners.
Seath Grisham
Field Operations Manager
Seath Grisham is a 3rd generation builder and graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Prior to joining TLG, Seath ran a successful small business that assisted hotel owners with the transition from construction to operations. Seath oversaw the transition of over 2,500 hotel rooms in the Austin market.
